A 20-year veteran of the data center industry, Jim thrives when directing technical and complex commercial projects, armed with a creative, collaborative, and environmentally responsible management approach that has yielded impressive results in business development, fast-track scheduling, and facility commissioning.

Before joining PowerHouse, Jim served as Director and Project Executive at Constructiv Mission Critical, where he managed the firm’s central United States region portfolio. He focused on business development and led project teams from pre-construction through project buyout and startup. During his tenure, Jim managed a $1.2 billion NTT brownfield site, a $1.9 million Tesla server room, and multiple carrier hotel renovations totaling over $50 million.

Jim holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Sonoma State University. Additionally, Jim is a holder of an Uptime Institute certification, and is a licensed commercial pilot with over 2,000 flying hours.
