As the Director of Data Center Utilities, Will brings more than 15 years of significant experience to PowerHouse, strategically leading the development of domestic and reclaimed water, power, fiber, and other utilities crucial for successful project execution.
While collaborating with everyone from data center end-users and equipment suppliers to energy suppliers and capital partners, Will manages power procurement, partner relationships, consultant and contractor selection, and overall utility development to drive innovation and sustainable growth in the data center industry.
Throughout his years of experience, Will has held multiple positions at Dominion Energy, including roles in electric infrastructure design and business development, as well as leading the company's innovation team. Notably, he spearheaded Dominion Energy's Data Center Services initiative for several years, overseeing the recruitment and execution of major data center projects in Virginia. In his last role with Dominion Energy, he served as a strategic advisor for electric transmission projects.
William holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University.
