As a core member of AREP's leadership team, Louise sets and oversees PowerHouse's marketing strategy and operations, and GTM positioning nationwide. Leveraging over 25 years of experience, she provides strategies that support the full real estate development lifecycle, and directly improve the bottom line. Louise's efforts have been instrumental in building and positioning both PowerHouse and Quantum Connect data center brands and their strategic market expansion.
Louise is recognized as an Integrated Marketing Strategy (IMC) domain subject matter expert who pairs data-driven insight with a creative approach that is equal parts discipline, acumen, and unapologetic curiosity. Prior to AREP, Louise served as the head of IMC for Davis Construction, a nationally ranked GC. Her strategic contributions led to the firm's significant growth, catapulting annual revenue from $180M to over $1B, and she was instrumental in successfully launching its residential, healthcare, and mission-critical platforms. Louise's brand and IMC leadership, including ESG and CSR policy, and her establishment of a multidisciplinary internal agency team is a testament to her passion and commitment to excellence. Before moving to the US, Louise worked in the UK and Caribbean, managing brand partnerships and luxury event portfolios for corporate and high-net-worth clients.
As an active member of GBI and CREW, Louise's long-standing support of her community, both personally and professionally, is evident. She previously sat on the CREW Presidents Advisory Board, the National Building Museum's Leadership Council, and the Jubilee Housing Board, where she helped develop programs for justice housing, DEI, and career development. She also held multi-year committee positions for AIA, CoreNet, NAIOP, SMPS, and USGBC, and is a life-long animal rescue advocate and volunteer.
Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science with dual concentrations in Public Policy and Management from the University of Brighton's School of Business & Law in the UK. She also holds the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) accreditation from the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
