As Senior Vice President, Pete oversees daily construction operations for all phases of his data center projects, working closely with asset management and development teams. He brings nearly three decades of diverse technical construction experience to PowerHouse. Pete's strategic thinking and attention to detail have honed his expertise and inform his track record of successfully overseeing multi-billion-dollar mission-critical construction programs, including large and complex projects such as semiconductor fabrication plants, federal government departmental headquarters, and neuroscience research facilities.

Prior to joining PowerHouse, Pete served as manager of Northeast U.S. preconstruction & construction for Amazon Web Services (AWS) managing a team of over 50 professionals and delivering hundreds of megawatts and billions of dollars of data center capacity in Virginia and Pennsylvania. Bringing these hyperscale perspectives in-house, Pete amplifies PowerHouse’s ability to remain ahead of dynamic industry growth, stay conversant on evolving technical requirements, and in lockstep with the industry’s most sophisticated customers. Before AWS, Pete spent 19 years with Jacobs Engineering Group as senior project manager, overseeing large and complex laboratory projects for federal, state, and local clients.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Norwich University. His leadership is also backed by his accreditations as a Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager(CCM), and LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C).
