Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Sean brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience. In his capacity supporting AREP & PowerHouse Data Centers, he is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting to owners, investors, and other financial partners. In addition, he oversees treasury, office administration and information technology functions.
Prior to joining AREP, Sean was the Chief Financial Officer of Penzance responsible for all the financial management functions including accounting, reporting, fund administration, financial planning, portfolio management, treasury, debt capital markets and information technology. During his time at Penzance, Sean was part of the team that raised $600 million in investor capital through two fund vehicles. In addition, he was charged with setting up the finance and accounting function within the investment manager to handle all the financial management functions. Previously, Sean held positions at American Capital, Ltd. and CarrAmerica Realty Corporation.
Sean received his BS in Accounting with a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional.
