Remy serves as a Director of Acquisitions at AREP, where he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring commercial and development properties, with a focus on growing AREP’s datacenter portfolio. He has over 9 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and his accreditations include a Virginia Real Estate license.

Prior to joining AREP, Remy served as a Capital Markets Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP), where he was responsible for underwriting retail and multi-family properties, developing business plans and sales strategies, creating Broker Opinion of Value packages and Offering Memorandums, and facilitating the sales process from marketing to close. Notable projects and achievements during this time include executing on the sale of over $650 million in retail assets. Before his time at JLL, Remy was an Analyst on the Capital Markets &Finance team at Combined Properties, an owner, operator, and developer of retail, multi-family, and mixed-use properties in the Washington DC Metro and Los Angeles.

Remy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. He is also an active patron of the Washington Jesuit Academy and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
